Please, please, PLEASE make sure that whatever shelter this dog gets brought to, is a NO-KILL shelter. And honestly, his owners should be charged with animal cruelty. Are you familiar with what just happened to a 5-month-old pit bull in NJ? Almost the same thing. Patrick was left by his “owner” (if you can call her that) tied to a railing while she went up to Albany for A WEEK. All the while before and after that, he was abused and malnourished to the point where she figured she might as well put him in a garbage bag and throw him down the garbage chute – - ALIVE. The good news is, Patrick survived and hopefully the “owner” will be charged to the fullest extent. JUST LIKE THIS OWNER SHOULD BE AS WELL. Please do the right thing and call and make a complaint about the owner. They should NEVER be allowed to own another dog and should be fined, if not get jail time. Please do the right thing! On another note, thank you for taking care of him and bathing him when he had nobody else to comfort him.
